What is a Piggy Bank? A piggy Bank is a small, properly sealed box used for safekeeping of small amount of money for future use. 

 What is Piggy Banking? By way of personal definition, "Piggy Banking" is the practice of safekeeping little amount of money regularly for future use in a small, properly sealed box that is often shaped like a pig. 

 What is the Benefit of keeping a Piggy Bank? As you earn and spend, it is good to learn to save for the rainy day also. Don't spend them all. If the bank is too far away or inaccessible to you, get a piggy bank. 

 However, that's not all to it. You must also learn to discipline yourself to avoid the temptation to tear apart the piggy bank just after a few days of savings. If you religiously follow the above suggestion, I bet you, what you'll realize in the piggy bank after a considerable period of savings will shock you. 

And you'll agree with me that it's wise to develop the habit of saving. Remember that the piggy bank is still useful. If you can't afford one, or you don't just want to purchase it, you can improvise it using an empty tin of beverages or similar containers. 

 One more thing, if you must improvise it yourself, make it in such a way that it will be difficult to pick out money from it at the slightest whim.
